The supporters of Demecia booed when Lestat Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xandro Velo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xepe Maza struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Alvaro Folle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Demecia. When Demecia's Klimovich Bodega in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Zeru Mendosa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Ayoví Corono when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The goalkeeper, Ayoví Corono, was totally fooled by Lestat Futbol Club's Xizavier Salces, who 25 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Klimovich Bodega received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Alvaro Folle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, Xepe Maza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alvaro Folle. Lestat Futbol Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Xepe Maza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Demecia's Xepe Maza got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Lestat Futbol Club's zone, Klimovich Bodega stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alvaro Folle came out of the goal and Klimovich Bodega tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alvaro Folle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xepe Maza in the 42nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Klimovich Bodega in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alvaro Folle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Xepe Maza did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-3 to the left of a surprised Alvaro Folle 55 minutes into the match. When Demecia's Klimovich Bodega in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ayoví Corono showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeru Mendosa in the 70th minute of the match. Alvaro Folle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klimovich Bodega in the 75th minute of play. Demecia's Xepe Maza got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lestat Futbol Club's Alvaro Folle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Lestat Futbol Club from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Klimovich Bodega managed to get in a good position for a shot. Demecia's supporters rose to their feet, but Klimovich Bodega was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alvaro Folle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With his leg Alvaro Folle managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when Demecia's Klimovich Bodega fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Xepe Maza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Alvaro Folle made a huge save. After 91 played minutes Lestat Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Xizavier Salces. When Zeru Mendosa fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lestat Futbol Club's protests and gave Zeru Mendosa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 95th match minute, Lestat Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeru Mendosa to maneuver through the defense. Demecia's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
