AFC 1989's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ascazubi SC the free kick. Xeromo Llaguno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Garcia Montaña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xeromo Llaguno blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Garcia Montaña having to make a save. Xeromo Llaguno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31stth minute of the game Xeromo Llaguno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AFC 1989's Garcia Montaña was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Paúl Pargas short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Garcia Montaña to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 37th match minute, Ascazubi SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Segundo Odilon to maneuver through the defense. Vigil Mendaza kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Mane Urguia took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Wilson Miramontes. Ascazubi SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

In the 56thth minute of the game Paúl Parga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AFC 1989's Garcia Montaña was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Garcia Montaña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paúl Parga, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the match, AFC 1989's goal looked a bit too open when Xeromo Llaguno came free, but Garcia Montaña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mellington Jetino charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mellington Jetino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mellington Jetino hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in AFC 1989's zone, Xeromo Llaguno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Garcia Montaña came out of the goal and Xeromo Llaguno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. AFC 1989's Garcia Montaña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xeromo Llaguno in the 96th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Ascazubi SC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
