Victorio Bernat didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Omar Andonegui went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Delfin's Victorio Bernat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauricio Hortero in the 7th minute of play. Victorio Bernat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauricio Hortero in the 12th minute of play. The supporters of Delfin booed when Tumbabiro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauricio Hortero didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Xiao Panguision had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Claudio Vidaurre fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Delfin's protests and gave Claudio Vidaurre a yellow card for diving instead. When the match had been going on for 25 minutes Xiao Panguision shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Narciso Beltran when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Bruno Sojo made a precise shot to the right of Victorio Bernat. Delfin's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Juan-Pablo Cardenas kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. During the 46th minute of the match Claudio Vidaurre completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Claudio Vidaurre a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The Delfin players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tumbabiro FC were winning 0-2.

After 53 minutes Tumbabiro FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Iratze Munaya who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Xiao Panguision heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Guerrón Lando's late challenge caught a Delfin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guerrón Lando helped the player get up and apologised. Guerrón Lando kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 58th minute Mauricio Hortero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorio Bernat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Iratze Munaya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Viktor Ekrot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jama Terjida got free with Victorio Bernat in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 67th minute, Delfin's Xabat Diz seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Xabat Diz the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Delfin protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Xabat Diz had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, Delfin's Xabat Diz got a free kick in the 67th minute. Minda Viniambres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Jama Terjida could shoot a difficult shot in the 72nd minute, which Victorio Bernat however easily saved by the left post. With a little luck, Delfin's Victorio Bernat got control of the ball when Bruno Sojo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bruno Sojo struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Victorio Bernat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tumbabiro FC. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jama Terjida got free with Victorio Bernat in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Hortero in the 82nd minute of play forced Delfin's goalkeeper Victorio Bernat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victorio Bernat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Hortero in the 85th minute of the match. Viktor Ekrot scored 1-2 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Narciso Beltran, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bruno Sojo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Victorio Bernat having to make a save. In the 95th minute, Jama Terjida reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Victorio Bernat. The goal made the score 1-3. Tumbabiro FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
