Francisco Somellero's late challenge caught a Tumbabiro FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Francisco Somellero helped the player get up and apologised. Francisco Somellero kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Minda Viniambres hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. When Xarles Valmayor came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the BARCELONA SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xarles Valmayor couldn't finish the play. 14 minutes into the match, Tumbabiro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Somellero came free, but Narciso Beltran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Narciso Beltran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Somellero in the 15th minute of the match. If Francisco Somellero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vedillo Torrescassana's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Narciso Beltran read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. In the 29th match minute, Tumbabiro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guerrón Lando to maneuver through the defense. Narciso Beltran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Somellero, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in BARCELONA SC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 38th minute. Penalty! Ximen Vallearena had in the 40thth minute some difficulties stopping Minda Viniambres's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Tumbabiro FC's Bruno Sojo got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Francisco Somellero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Narciso Beltran was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mauricio Hortero was the one to do the kick off. Tumbabiro FC's Narciso Beltran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paredes Cota in the 52nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Francisco Somellero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Narciso Beltran was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. BARCELONA SC's Ximen Vallearena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauricio Hortero in the 55th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Mauricio Hortero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ximen Vallearena was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Ximen Vallearena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jama Terjida, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Vedillo Torrescassana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narciso Beltran having to interfere. A collision led to BARCELONA SC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Paredes Cota hit a great ball. Minda Viniambres took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ximen Vallearena. BARCELONA SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tumbabiro FC's Narciso Beltran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Tumbabiro FC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Tumbabiro FC's zone, Francisco Somellero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. With an all-out effort, BARCELONA SC's Narciso Beltran threw himself towards the right post 81 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Francisco Somellero, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jama Terjida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ximen Vallearena having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Xarles Valmayor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hugo Cayuso hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Tumbabiro FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
