Spectators: 7280 (Terracing: 5462, Seating: 1674, VIP seats: 144) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Robin Ezcurra made the kick off which started today's match. Hurtado Gutarrate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.S. Guayaquil Atletico's goalkeeper Calle Davalillo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. LADN Corporations's Zxavian Isla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Peramato in the 11th minute of play. Lopez Ortuño received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Calle Davalillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, René Ilarraza managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.S. Guayaquil Atletico's supporters rose to their feet, but René Ilarraza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zxavian Isla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robin Ezcurra in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Calle Davalillo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Robin Ezcurra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calle Davalillo having to interfere. In the 34th match minute, C.S. Guayaquil Atletico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by René Ilarraza to maneuver through the defense. 35 minutes into the match, LADN Corporations's Xzavaier Zamanillo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 38thth minute of the game Robin Ezcurra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.S. Guayaquil Atletico's Calle Davalillo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 45 minutes into the match, C.S. Guayaquil Atletico's Hurtado Gutarrate sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zxavian Isla narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rodolfo Peramato stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, C.S. Guayaquil Atletico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zuberoa Traslago to maneuver through the defense. Calle Davalillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robin Ezcurra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in C.S. Guayaquil Atletico's zone, Ledesma Reymondo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Calle Davalillo came out of the goal and Ledesma Reymondo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Calle Davalillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robin Ezcurra in the 62nd minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Xzavaier Zamanillo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Calle Davalillo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 68 minutes into the match, C.S. Guayaquil Atletico's goal looked a bit too open when Robin Ezcurra came free, but Calle Davalillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 69 played minutes C.S. Guayaquil Atletico got a freekick which was hit by René Ilarraza. Rodolfo Peramato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Zxavian Isla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Rodolfo Peramato managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.S. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robin Ezcurra in the 81st minute of play forced C.S. Guayaquil Atletico's goalkeeper Calle Davalillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the game, Robin Ezcurra recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Calle Davalillo. Robin Ezcurra showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lopez Ortuño got free with Calle Davalillo in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Robin Ezcurra struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Calle Davalillo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LADN Corporations. Xzaiver Barja kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
