After a defensive mix-up in Matungos's zone, Cortez Abouza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iván Daroca came out of the goal and Cortez Abouza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rodney Guruzeta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iván Daroca having to make a save. Xofre Villate made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vistruario Revillas in the 27th minute of play. Nando Hordoñez took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 36th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Xofre Villate. SuperBarça's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 38th match minute, SuperBarça was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cortez Abouza to maneuver through the defense. Vistruario Revillas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Urtsin Somorrostro kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Xofre Villate showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardo Centenales, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rodney Guruzeta ran back to his position shaking his head. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Matungos had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
