After 32 minutes Manchester Utd.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Celso Naike who took care of the corner kick. Celso Naike made a great header on Vodka Juniors's corner, it was just that Manchester Utd.'s Batista Casabo managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 34th match minute, Vodka Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celso Naike to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Manchester Utd.'s Pico Moreno got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 43rd minute, Kristian Ness hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Patricio Molleda successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dannes Garrote to make the kick off. A collision led to Vodka Juniors getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Vachon Maceira hit a great ball. Xurde Lizundia charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xurde Lizundia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Vodka Juniors booed when Manchester Utd. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xurde Lizundia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valdo Gallega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Batista Casabo having to interfere. After 76 played minutes Manchester Utd. got a freekick which was hit by Pico Moreno. Valdo Gallega hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dannes Garrote in the 87th minute of play forced Vodka Juniors's goalkeeper Patricio Molleda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michael Izaguirre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Patricio Molleda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clemente Martin in the 98th minute of play.
