If Tenorio Saracha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Grga Kuhač sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xacobo Rosales didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yoel Bugedo went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Grga Kuhač received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Xacobo Rosales tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th match minute, Chunasana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mendez Ovin to maneuver through the defense. When Luis Lupidana came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the jonyfc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Lupidana couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Grga Kuhač stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Xacobo Rosales didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chunasana. Chunasana's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
