Jambeli Fútbol Club's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Mauricio Huercanos came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Jambeli Fútbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mauricio Huercanos couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 17 in the game by Arturo Villaverde from a close distance when the talented Oso Eguilaz managed to make a qualified save. CD Delta's players were relieved. CD Delta's Oso Eguilaz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save CD Delta from getting a goal against them. Emiliano Acevedo charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emiliano Acevedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Emiliano Acevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. CD Delta's Oso Eguilaz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save CD Delta from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arturo Villaverde got free with Oso Eguilaz in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 1-0 became the score in the 29th minute when Arturo Villaverde elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Oso Eguilaz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mauricio Huercanos went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christobal Prelo in the 39th minute of play forced Jambeli Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Xavon Almandoz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Emiliano Acevedo put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Oso Eguilaz. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Christobal Prelo made the kick off in the second half. Mauricio Huercanos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 52 minutes into the match, CD Delta's goal looked a bit too open when Edson Jordana came free, but Oso Eguilaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute, Arturo Villaverde made a precise shot to the right of Oso Eguilaz. CD Delta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Mauricio Huercanos put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Oso Eguilaz. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arturo Villaverde in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oso Eguilaz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mauricio Huercanos in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oso Eguilaz saved CD Delta from getting behind. Mauricio Huercanos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Oso Eguilaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute of the match, Omar Leguade tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Xavon Almandoz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a defensive mix-up in Jambeli Fútbol Club's zone, Christobal Prelo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xavon Almandoz came out of the goal and Christobal Prelo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 87th minute, Christobal Prelo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Xavon Almandoz. The goal made the score 5-1. Jambeli Fútbol Club's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
