The UD Chontacruz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. With a little luck, UD Chacras's Victor Prados got control of the ball when Dan Sandberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Victor Prados showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Sandberg in the 7th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xayveon Cancela in the 10th minute of play forced UD Chacras's goalkeeper Victor Prados to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to UD Chontacruz getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Dan Sandberg hit a great ball. A hard shot 19 in the game by Dan Sandberg from a close distance when the talented Victor Prados managed to make a qualified save. UD Chacras's players were relieved. In the 23rd minute Xelo Barrantes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Prados saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th match minute, UD Chacras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guagua Santiago to maneuver through the defense. UD Chacras's Victor Prados played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Sandberg in the 29th minute of play. Victor Prados made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Murguiondo in the 31st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dan Sandberg in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victor Prados prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Victor Prados came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by UD Chontacruz's Roberto Murguiondo. But to his dismay, Roberto Murguiondo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 40 minutes into the match, UD Chacras's goalkeeper Victor Prados had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dan Sandberg. Xalvador Acuña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Altares, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roberto Murguiondo got free with Victor Prados in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Victor Prados stood somewhat misplaced when Dan Sandberg came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 44 minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luis Altares to make the kick off. The UD Chontacruz fans' excitement grew in the 51st match minute when UD Chontacruz's Dan Sandberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Luis Altares hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 5-0 became the score in the 62nd minute when Dan Sandberg elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When UD Chontacruz's Dan Sandberg in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. UD Chacras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fleitas Lusa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Dan Sandberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Prados having to interfere. UD Chontacruz's Xalvador Acuña proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save UD Chontacruz from getting a goal against them. The supporters of UD Chacras booed when UD Chontacruz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diaz Viguera didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, UD Chacras's Luis Altares got a free kick in the 96th minute. UD Chontacruz's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
