Marco Elguea scored 0-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vernaza Baldaliso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Casado Piñango recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vachon Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 29 minutes of play, CD Burche's Vachon Illescas made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vernaza Baldaliso was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 33rd match minute, CD Burche was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hurtado Leturia to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, CD Burche's Salvador Paternina got control of the ball when Casado Piñango tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Vachon Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Elguea in the 40th minute of play forced Sundillano's goalkeeper Vernaza Baldaliso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute Vachon Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vernaza Baldaliso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

A collision led to Sundillano getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Nunez Balaunde hit a great ball. Carlos-Armando Landeras hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Garcia Candano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marco Elguea hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. If Marco Elguea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vachon Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vernaza Baldaliso having to interfere. When the match clock showed 89 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Vachon Illescas sped through Sundillano's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vernaza Baldaliso. When the match was over CD Burche could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sundillano throughout the match.
