In the 24th minute Candelario Palmades shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauricio Bidania saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 27 minutes, Tomas Rioseras managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. COLUMBTOYS F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Rioseras was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Quillan SC booed when COLUMBTOYS F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Candelario Palmades didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in COLUMBTOYS F.C.'s zone, Zarbonin Oliba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oscar Frade came out of the goal and Zarbonin Oliba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 35th minute Garrido Cao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauricio Bidania saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zarbonin Oliba took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oscar Frade. Oscar Frade dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 41st minute, Xan Arrazola got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Xuaco Vivaldo came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the COLUMBTOYS F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xuaco Vivaldo couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Candelario Palmades in the 46th minute of play forced Quillan SC's goalkeeper Mauricio Bidania to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zarbonin Oliba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zarbonin Oliba was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 57 minutes, Tomas Rioseras managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 74th minute, Agustin Agado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mauricio Bidania didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Candelario Palmades went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Tomas Rioseras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Candelario Palmades had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mauricio Bidania was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There was no doubt that COLUMBTOYS F.C. were the better team. COLUMBTOYS F.C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
