With a little luck, CUACK-ER's Neicer Molina got control of the ball when Leandro Pinto tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mauro Araña during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to CUACK-ER getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Mauro Araña hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Méndez Fontiveros in the 8th minute of play forced CUACK-ER's goalkeeper Neicer Molina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the game, Méndez Fontiveros was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Genova SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CUACK-ER the free kick. The supporters of CUACK-ER booed when Genova SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Méndez Fontiveros didn't get a good kick on the ball. 11 minutes into the match, CUACK-ER's goalkeeper Neicer Molina had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leandro Pinto. Méndez Fontiveros hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leandro Pinto got free with Neicer Molina in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Genova SC booed when CUACK-ER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Araña didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute, Mauro Araña got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. CUACK-ER's Neicer Molina proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save CUACK-ER from getting a goal against them. Mauro Araña kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Bohórquez Pallar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gavica Campo having to make a save. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

CUACK-ER's Mauro Araña quite brazenly broke a throw-in by David Calderona, made in the 53rd minute of the game. In the 54th minute Zayveon Galban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Neicer Molina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matamba Grandoso in the 56th minute of play forced CUACK-ER's goalkeeper Neicer Molina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes into the match, CUACK-ER's goal looked a bit too open when Méndez Fontiveros came free, but Neicer Molina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Mauro Araña managed to get in a good position for a shot. CUACK-ER's supporters rose to their feet, but Mauro Araña was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gavica Campo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Mauro Araña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matamba Grandoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 82 played minutes CUACK-ER got a freekick which was hit by Santiago Riaza. Santiago Riaza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gavica Campo came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by CUACK-ER's Bohórquez Pallar. But to his dismay, Bohórquez Pallar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. CUACK-ER's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
