Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Frank Peletier made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in Club Ahja's zone, David Barbier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Avraam Iasonidis came out of the goal and David Barbier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Jean Bombelles fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored France's protests and gave Jean Bombelles a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to France getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Jean Bombelles hit a great ball. In the 8th minute, Frank Peletier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11th minute, Robert Chapuis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Club Ahja's Julian Roberts in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye France's goalie prevented a goal. Avraam Iasonidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Peletier, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The supporters of France booed when Club Ahja was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kuido Joala didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frank Peletier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Avraam Iasonidis having to interfere. Frank Peletier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Avraam Iasonidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frank Peletier blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Avraam Iasonidis having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Roberts in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maxime Durand saved France from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Frank Peletier's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Avraam Iasonidis was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. If Frank Peletier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute, Remy Dupuy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Camille Baume took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Avraam Iasonidis. Avraam Iasonidis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Hendrik Kobakäpp struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Maxime Durand didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Ahja. The Club Ahja players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. France were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Roberts made a kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Julian Roberts managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Ahja's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Roberts was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Club Ahja getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Udo Nigula hit a great ball. Frank Peletier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Avraam Iasonidis having to interfere. Maxime Durand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hendrik Kobakäpp in the 57th minute of the match. Camille Baume kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Julian Roberts put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Maxime Durand. Angelino Jolin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Maxime Durand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Frank Peletier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Camille Baume managed to get in a good position for a shot. France's supporters rose to their feet, but Camille Baume was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Avraam Iasonidis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Maxime Durand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Roberts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Club Ahja's Udo Nigula got a free kick in the 85th minute. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Ahja's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. David Barbier was slow to take the kick. During this time France's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Club Ahja's goalie and right to Robert Chapuis. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Club Ahja's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. When the match was over France could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Club Ahja throughout the match.
