Spectators: 6686 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1686, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Traian Ghimiș started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Traian Ghimiș in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ignacio Pujana saved Trancaloma from getting behind. Fernandez Barrieta kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Traian Ghimiș managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dundee UTD's supporters rose to their feet, but Traian Ghimiș was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ignacio Pujana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Miravalles charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Miravalles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Daniel Miravalles hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Xayvion Juara scored 0-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ignacio Pujana, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Trancaloma's goalkeeper Ignacio Pujana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tim Engebakken made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacobo Pico in the 22nd minute. Ignacio Pujana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Traian Ghimiș's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Roberto Lagunas's late challenge caught a Dundee UTD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roberto Lagunas helped the player get up and apologised. In the 24th match minute, Trancaloma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Lagunas to maneuver through the defense. Ignacio Pujana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Traian Ghimiș's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. In the 35th minute of the match Dundee UTD got a corner. Trancaloma's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Enrique Moyua ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Dundee UTD's Enrique Moyua to fire away a dangerous shot which Ignacio Pujana despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some careless play in the Trancaloma defense, Ibarra Montoto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ignacio Pujana. The Trancaloma fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ignacio Pujana should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Traian Ghimiș's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ignacio Pujana was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. Dundee UTD's Ibarra Montoto got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Trancaloma's Ignacio Pujana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Traian Ghimiș in the 48th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Enrique Moyua struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Ignacio Pujana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dundee UTD. When Traian Ghimiș came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Dundee UTD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Traian Ghimiș couldn't finish the play. Xayvion Juara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ignacio Pujana made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Xayvion Juara sent off a good shot on target. After 60 played minutes Dundee UTD got a freekick which was hit by Danny Chinchilla. Jacobo Pico kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. If Traian Ghimiș had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Traian Ghimiș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Trancaloma's Ignacio Pujana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Traian Ghimiș in the 68th minute of play. Traian Ghimiș made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 70thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Ignacio Pujana would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Ibarra Montoto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dundee UTD's supporters rose to their feet, but Ibarra Montoto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ignacio Pujana came out of the goal and Felipe Caldero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 79 minutes into the match, Trancaloma's goal looked a bit too open when Traian Ghimiș came free, but Ignacio Pujana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Danny Chinchilla came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Dundee UTD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Danny Chinchilla couldn't finish the play. Dundee UTD's Tim Engebakken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Figueroa Sayago in the 84th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Trancaloma's Humberto Megid got a free kick in the 87th minute. Dundee UTD's Traian Ghimiș came free and shot a quick shot against goal 88 minutes in the game, fortunately Ignacio Pujana had problems saving as it came toward the left post. After 90 minutes Trancaloma's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Enrique Moyua who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Dundee UTD's Enrique Moyua to fire away a dangerous shot which Ignacio Pujana despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Trancaloma's Ignacio Pujana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Trancaloma from getting a goal against them. In the 96thth minute of the game Traian Ghimiș who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Trancaloma's Ignacio Pujana was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dundee UTD played a much better game than Trancaloma and deserved their victory. The Trancaloma players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
