The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lavallén Narria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 8th minute, Lavallén Narria made a precise shot to the right of Alejandro Cuesta. Morocho FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Morocho FC's Urko Olarte got a free kick in the 10th minute. Lavallén Narria might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alejandro Cuesta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lavallén Narria ran back to his position shaking his head. Krikorian Monterros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Cuesta having to interfere. When Morocho FC's Coronel Roque in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Leopardos FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 25thth minute of the game Lavallén Narria who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Morocho FC's Alejandro Cuesta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 26th minute Lavallén Narria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Cuesta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 27 played minutes Morocho FC got a freekick which was hit by Uhin Bullido. 29 minutes into the match, Morocho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lavallén Narria came free, but Alejandro Cuesta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 0-2 became the score in the 30th minute when Lavallén Narria elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Alejandro Cuesta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lavallén Narria's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. In the 35th minute Agustín Meneses shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Cuesta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alejandro Cuesta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lavallén Narria in the 36th minute of play. After some careless play in the Morocho FC defense, Romeu Porto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alejandro Cuesta. The Morocho FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alejandro Cuesta should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lavallén Narria in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alejandro Cuesta saved Morocho FC from getting behind. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Coronel Roque was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Lavallén Narria kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alejandro Cuesta. That made the score 0-5 in the 54 minute of play. Lavallén Narria was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 59th minute. Leopardos FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Alejandro Cuesta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lavallén Narria in the 62nd minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Morocho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lavallén Narria came free, but Alejandro Cuesta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Joel Capetillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alejandro Cuesta. Morocho FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Capetillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. In the 71st minute Lavallén Narria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Cuesta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by Morocho FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zayvius Capelo was slow to take the kick. During this time Leopardos FC's players had a chance to rest. After 75 played minutes Leopardos FC got a freekick which was hit by Zayvius Capelo. After a defensive mix-up in Leopardos FC's zone, Coronel Roque stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ulizes Rilo came out of the goal and Coronel Roque tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 80th minute, Lavallén Narria got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 81st match minute, Morocho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urko Olarte to maneuver through the defense. After 83 minutes of play, Morocho FC's Urko Olarte made it 1-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ulizes Rilo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Urko Olarte kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Lavallén Narria took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alejandro Cuesta. Alejandro Cuesta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-8. Lavallén Narria struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Alejandro Cuesta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leopardos FC. When the match was over Leopardos FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Morocho FC throughout the match.
