Spectators: 7202 (Terracing: 5467, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 60) When Yánez Marcha came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the FC METALICA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yánez Marcha couldn't finish the play. In the 8th minute, Sergio Arroniz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amador Delgado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arboleda Miras having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Culasti SC's Mora Armesto got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Miguel Quijano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio Arguiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute Yánez Marcha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arboleda Miras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miguel Quijano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Arroniz in the 37th minute of play. Flavio Arguiz scored 0-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Miguel Quijano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sergio Arroniz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Quijano having to interfere. The attack was good, but when Flavio Arguiz in the 45th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Sergio Arroniz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Flavio Arguiz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of FC METALICA booed when Culasti SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vitin Urraca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arboleda Miras didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amador Delgado went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 63rd minute, Kaviedes Broz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 66 in the game by Sergio Arroniz from a close distance when the talented Miguel Quijano managed to make a qualified save. FC METALICA's players were relieved. Yánez Marcha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Arboleda Miras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Culasti SC's Arboleda Miras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amador Delgado in the 75th minute of play. Culasti SC's Flavio Arguiz got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Flavio Arguiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mora Armesto was shown his second yellow card after 85 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Mora Armesto kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Sergio Arroniz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the match, Sanchez Najera had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Miguel Quijano. FC METALICA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sanchez Najera was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The FC METALICA fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Culasti SC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
