The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Geovanni Machado was the one to do the kick off. Cotera Güega was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cotera Güega made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovanni Machado in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute of the match, Geovanny Losado tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nicolas Ilarza saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Geovanny Losado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicolas Ilarza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Videl Arecha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
