The audience thought a goal was coming when Sixto Pedraza got free with Vela Mansilla in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vela Mansilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virila Suesa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute Virila Suesa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vela Mansilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 26 minutes, Virila Suesa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Virila Suesa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vela Mansilla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. If Virila Suesa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Freddy Elenes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Xayvion Elosua read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Barça SC's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Elenes came free, but Xayvion Elosua reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute Virila Suesa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vela Mansilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mugos Sporting Club's Xiao Gamboa got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Xiao Gamboa struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Xayvion Elosua didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mugos Sporting Club.
