When Ramírez Canido came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Ballet Azul fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramírez Canido couldn't finish the play. José-Francisco Arzuriaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugenio Luyando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 20 minutes, Victorio Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ballet Azul's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victorio Silva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ramírez Canido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José-Francisco Arzuriaga having to interfere. If Ramírez Canido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute Domingo Montel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José-Francisco Arzuriaga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zambisa FC's José-Francisco Arzuriaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Montel in the 34th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ballet Azul's Eugenio Luyando got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 42nd minute Ramírez Canido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José-Francisco Arzuriaga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute, Zambisa FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Domingo Montel fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a rather tough play, Zambisa FC's Patricio Ureta got a free kick in the 77th minute. José-Francisco Arzuriaga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Montel in the 80th minute of play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xuban Danzo couldn't finish the play. The Zambisa FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ballet Azul were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
