Spectators: 7212 (Terracing: 5520, Seating: 1692, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. The Teofilio Bono was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Castro Zarraga was a little too slow when Damian Terrilla got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. Candelario Loro in the 9thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Castro Zarraga, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Damian Terrilla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Castro Zarraga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in UD Elvira's zone, Candelario Loro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Castro Zarraga came out of the goal and Candelario Loro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Castro Zarraga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Terrilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. When Damian Terrilla came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the AC LEO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damian Terrilla couldn't finish the play. Castro Zarraga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Terrilla in the 28th minute of the match. After 29 played minutes UD Elvira got a freekick which was hit by Xan Marañon. In the 32nd minute, Damian Terrilla fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Candelario Loro managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC LEO's supporters rose to their feet, but Candelario Loro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Castro Zarraga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Castro Zarraga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candelario Loro in the 41st minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Candelario Loro to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Isaac Justo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 52nd minute, Kléber Ortuño sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and AC LEO's Teofilio Bono didn't even have to move. AC LEO's Damian Terrilla got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Klimowicz Algarte charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Klimowicz Algarte the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of AC LEO booed when UD Elvira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Klimowicz Algarte didn't get a good kick on the ball. Castro Zarraga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Candelario Loro in the 58th minute of the match. Castro Zarraga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Candelario Loro, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After 96 minutes of play, AC LEO's Candelario Loro made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Castro Zarraga was left in no man's land by his defense there! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. AC LEO fully deserved thier win.
