The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the game, Ramiro Santiso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Iwias FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AEK RIOFORZA the free kick. Ramiro Santiso hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Parrales Folch charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Parrales Folch the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mateus Riart was a little too slow when Ximenes Labaja got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 1-0. Gonzalo Berria blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mateus Riart having to make a save. An unexpected shot in the 33rd minute by Ximenes Labaja got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Pinto Goxenola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gonzalo Berria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, AEK RIOFORZA's Mateus Riart got control of the ball when Gonzalo Berria tried to sneak it across the goal line.

In the 55th minute, Ximenes Labaja left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Iwias FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After 58 played minutes AEK RIOFORZA got a freekick which was hit by Ysidro Palafox. In the 60th minute of the match Pinto Goxenola sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mateus Riart skillfully saved the ball. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Iwias FC's goalkeeper Ximeno Acebes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ximenes Labaja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateus Riart having to interfere. If Ximenes Labaja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Parrales Folch kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ysidro Palafox in the 80th minute of play forced Iwias FC's goalkeeper Ximeno Acebes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ximenes Labaja came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Iwias FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ximenes Labaja couldn't finish the play. Iwias FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
