Gaspar Gar kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Ximeno Olea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 7 minutes, Graziani Monta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UD Pinantura's supporters crossed their fingers, but Graziani Monta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 9th minute Rey Vidrio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitin Barrial saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Salinas FC's Vitin Barrial played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xalvador Arbieto in the 11th minute of play. Rey Vidrio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vitin Barrial was out of position in the 14 minute of play, and Ximeno Olea capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ximeno Olea really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After 16 played minutes UD Pinantura got a freekick which was hit by Rey Vidrio. 19 minutes into the match, Salinas FC's goalkeeper Vitin Barrial had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ximeno Olea. Luis Felo's late challenge caught a UD Pinantura's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luis Felo helped the player get up and apologised. Vitin Barrial made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Ximeno Olea sent off a good shot on target. 26 minutes into the match, Salinas FC's goalkeeper Vitin Barrial had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ximeno Olea. Luis Felo struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Vito Montez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Salinas FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rey Vidrio in the 31st minute of play forced Salinas FC's goalkeeper Vitin Barrial to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vitin Barrial made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rey Vidrio in the 33rd minute of play. Vitin Barrial made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ximeno Olea in the 37th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ximeno Olea to make the kick off. In the 68th match minute, Salinas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaspar Gar to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yánez Neila in the 71st minute of play forced Salinas FC's goalkeeper Vitin Barrial to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute, Luis Felo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rey Vidrio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitin Barrial having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ximeno Olea in the 79th minute of play forced Salinas FC's goalkeeper Vitin Barrial to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Xalvador Arbieto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vitin Barrial showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ximeno Olea, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 83rdth minute of the game Rey Vidrio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Salinas FC's Vitin Barrial was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ximeno Olea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitin Barrial having to interfere. Salinas FC's Vitin Barrial played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yánez Neila in the 91st minute of play. Cristian Morellana charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristian Morellana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. UD Pinantura were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
