Spectators: 6670 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1670, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Leonides Betanzos got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute Yambay Pardabu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Perlaza Corias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5th minute Gabriel Arena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Batista Pardemanos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Arena in the 10th minute of play forced Yanacocha SC's goalkeeper Batista Pardemanos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CD Gualaqui's Perlaza Corias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yambay Pardabu in the 15th minute of play. When Omar Velayo fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CD Gualaqui's protests and gave Omar Velayo a yellow card for diving instead. Omar Velayo hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Yambay Pardabu struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Perlaza Corias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yanacocha SC. Perlaza Corias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yambay Pardabu's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Leonides Betanzos might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Perlaza Corias. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonides Betanzos ran back to his position shaking his head. Batista Pardemanos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cruz Castaneda went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 34 minutes into the match, CD Gualaqui's goal looked a bit too open when Leonides Betanzos came free, but Perlaza Corias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, CD Gualaqui's Xove Montes got a free kick in the 39th minute. Yambay Pardabu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Arias Pardaves struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Perlaza Corias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gabriel Arena made a kick off. In the 55th minute Cruz Castaneda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Batista Pardemanos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel Arena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Batista Pardemanos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yanacocha SC's Batista Pardemanos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cruz Castaneda in the 60th minute of play. Cruz Castaneda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Yanacocha SC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. López Mussoll hit a great ball. López Mussoll kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. A collision led to CD Gualaqui getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Joaquin Mantilla hit a great ball. Leonides Betanzos kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Batista Pardemanos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cruz Castaneda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gabriel Arena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Batista Pardemanos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cruz Castaneda in the 82nd minute of play. A collision led to Yanacocha SC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Ivan Hudobro hit a great ball. Gabriel Arena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Yambay Pardabu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 89 minutes into the match, CD Gualaqui's goal looked a bit too open when Leonides Betanzos came free, but Perlaza Corias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yambay Pardabus short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Perlaza Corias to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the referee blew the final whistle, CD Gualaqui could leave the field as winners, despite Yanacocha SC having more of the ball for most of the match.
