Mauricio Arando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camacho Machado in the 8th minute of the match. Evelio Duyos in the 14thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mauricio Arando, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of Apocalypto booed when UD Cusubamba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Pita didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Apocalypto's Mauricio Arando threw himself towards the right post 20 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Camacho Machado, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Pedro Monterroso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marin Ruich went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 29 minutes into the match, UD Cusubamba's goal looked a bit too open when Camacho Machado came free, but Mauricio Arando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the game, Machado Pintor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Apocalypto's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UD Cusubamba the free kick. In the 30th match minute, Apocalypto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Machado Pintor to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Estacio Ochavarri in the 33rd minute of play forced Apocalypto's goalkeeper Pedro Monterroso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Monterroso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Estacio Ochavarri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lorenzo Lortia kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Apocalypto's zone, Estacio Ochavarri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Monterroso came out of the goal and Estacio Ochavarri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Raul Pita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Monterroso having to interfere.

Mauricio Arando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evelio Duyos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 57 played minutes Apocalypto got a freekick which was hit by Machado Pintor. The supporters of Apocalypto booed when UD Cusubamba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Estacio Ochavarri didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 61 minutes, Evelio Duyos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UD Cusubamba's Mauricio Arando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camacho Machado in the 62nd minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Apocalypto's Camacho Machado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mauricio Arando narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 68th minute Estacio Ochavarri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Monterroso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Monterroso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Estacio Ochavarri in the 71st minute of play. Pedro Monterroso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marin Ruich in the 72nd minute. Pedro Monterroso made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Marin Ruich sent off a good shot on target. If Evelio Duyos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Estacio Ochavarri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Camacho Machado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Mauricio Arando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Apocalypto's Pedro Monterroso got control of the ball when Marin Ruich tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mauricio Arando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camacho Machado, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 90th minute Evelio Duyos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauricio Arando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute of the match, Marin Ruich got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pedro Monterroso was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Marin Ruich came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the UD Cusubamba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marin Ruich couldn't finish the play.
