The referee showed Urtun Sans the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 19th minute, Vernaza Vivera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yiyo Berar was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Yiyo Berar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tercero Cedillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yiyo Berar made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Xoan Sariego sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Weterio Palenciano during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Cascajal SC booed when Abanico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Weterio Palenciano didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the game, Vernaza Vivera recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Yiyo Berar. Vernaza Vivera showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After 35 minutes, Marlon Sans mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cascajal SC and the Abanico players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Cascajal SC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. With his leg Celso Luga managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when Abanico's Guillermo Aguila fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Guillermo Aguila took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Celso Luga to make any attempt to save it. In the 71st minute, Vernaza Vivera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cascajal SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Celso Luga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Alonso in the 74th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the game, Alex Manriquez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Abanico's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cascajal SC the free kick. In the 79th match minute, Abanico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Manriquez to maneuver through the defense.
