After 11 played minutes Zambi FC got a freekick which was hit by Velasco Grillo. In the 13thth minute of the game Ismael Belloso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zambi FC's Alberto Berdu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Ismael Belloso sped through Zambi FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alberto Berdu. Alberto Berdu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raúl Maxenchs in the 15th minute of play. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zambi FC's goalkeeper Alberto Berdu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 20th minute Ismael Belloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Berdu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 27 minutes, Ismael Belloso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wookiees's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ismael Belloso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wookiees's Raúl Maxenchs got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Zambi FC's zone, Ismael Belloso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alberto Berdu came out of the goal and Ismael Belloso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 35 minutes into the game, Raúl Maxenchs cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Alberto Berdu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 38 minutes into the game, Wookiees's Ismael Belloso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alberto Berdu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Ismael Belloso struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Alberto Berdu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wookiees. With an all-out effort, Zambi FC's De-la-Cruz Olanda threw himself towards the right post 45 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Xorxe Forcat, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-5.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Martin Betancia got free with Alberto Berdu in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wookiees's Ismael Belloso got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 55th minute, Ismael Belloso made a precise shot to the right of Alberto Berdu. Zambi FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. Alberto Berdu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ismael Belloso went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-7 was the resulting score. When Raúl Maxenchs came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Wookiees fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raúl Maxenchs couldn't finish the play. Wookiees made a substitution. Ubelteso Salais replaced Ismael Belloso. Wookiees's Ricart Peciña was substituted for Martin Betancia. Batista Gargante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 72 minutes into the match, Zuñiga Claveria notched a goal, 1-9, to the right of Zambi FC's Alberto Berdu. Alberto Berdu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 74th minute, Zambi FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ricart Peciña fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Ubelteso Salais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute, Raúl Maxenchs reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alberto Berdu. The goal made the score 1-10. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ubelteso Salais in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alberto Berdu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alberto Berdu was out of position in the 90 minute of play, and Raúl Maxenchs capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Raúl Maxenchs really showed his touch with that goal: 1-12. Ubelteso Salais who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 96thth minute tested the skills of Alberto Berdu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Wookiees played a much better game than Zambi FC and deserved their victory. The Zambi FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
