In the 4th minute of the match Carabalí Fontao sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Omar Jeantes skillfully saved the ball. Wildblue's Igor Bermejo got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, UD Huaringa's Felix Merayo got a free kick in the 11th minute. Omar Jeantes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leoverliz Villayres in the 12th minute of the match. After having played for 17 minutes, Igor Bermejo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wildblue's supporters crossed their fingers, but Igor Bermejo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 19 minutes into the match, UD Huaringa's goal looked a bit too open when Leoverliz Villayres came free, but Omar Jeantes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xacintu Ayasti kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Leoverliz Villayres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Igor Bermejo came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Wildblue fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Igor Bermejo couldn't finish the play. 43 minutes into the match, UD Huaringa's goalkeeper Omar Jeantes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Igor Bermejo. Omar Jeantes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leoverliz Villayres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wildblue's Jorge Fermoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Ortuño in the 47th minute of play. When Paulo Padura came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the UD Huaringa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulo Padura couldn't finish the play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfredo Ortuño stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Omar Jeantes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urtsin Betancur in the 52nd minute of the match. Jorge Fermoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfredo Ortuño's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Alfredo Ortuño received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Jorge Fermoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute Alfredo Ortuño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Fermoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jorge Fermoso made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Paulo Padura sent off a good shot on target. Jorge Fermoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 95th minute, Leoverliz Villayres got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Omar Jeantes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Bermejo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
