Spectators: 7295 (Terracing: 5473, Seating: 1677, VIP seats: 145) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Xavies Berrio made the kick off which started today's match. 5 minutes into the game, KITU's Rosero Checa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Romulo Cabrero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Krpananda Lalthangsanga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan Miguel Miller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Garrido Mañaria having to interfere. Juan Miguel Miller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Romulo Cabrero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosero Checa in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Rosero Checa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Romulo Cabrero. Río Amarillo F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rosero Checa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 23rd minute, Rosero Checa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Romulo Cabrero was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Romulo Cabrero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rosero Checa in the 28th minute of the match. After 29 played minutes, KITU's Xamo Miralles shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Romulo Cabrero came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in KITU reached it. Río Amarillo F.C.'s Romulo Cabrero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavies Berrio in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind KITU's goalkeeper Garrido Mañaria, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Romulo Cabrero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xavies Berrio in the 35th minute of the match. Río Amarillo F.C.'s Romulo Cabrero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rosero Checa in the 36th minute of play. Juan Miguel Miller could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Garrido Mañaria made a huge save. Allan Shearer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Garrido Mañaria having to interfere. Johnny Ordoña charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Johnny Ordoña the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.

The wind increased when Juan Miguel Miller made the kick off in the second half. Romulo Cabrero came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by KITU's Xavies Berrio. But to his dismay, Xavies Berrio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Romulo Cabrero made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Enrique Maxenchs sent off a good shot on target. Romulo Cabrero made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Xavies Berrio sent off a good shot on target. In the 57th minute, Rosero Checa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Romulo Cabrero. The goal made the score 0-5. Xavies Berrio's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Romulo Cabrero firmly grabbed it by the left post. Xavies Berrio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romulo Cabrero was out of position in the 66 minute of play, and Rosero Checa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rosero Checa really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. If Juan Miguel Miller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute, KITU's Enrique Maxenchs ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Romulo Cabrero. Romulo Cabrero yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. Río Amarillo F.C.'s Allan Shearer couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 80th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for KITU. The supporters of Río Amarillo F.C. booed when KITU was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. García Paracuellos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Río Amarillo F.C. defense, Xavies Berrio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Romulo Cabrero. The Río Amarillo F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Romulo Cabrero should have stopped the shot. KITU played a much better game than Río Amarillo F.C. and deserved their victory. The Río Amarillo F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
