But to his dismay, Ferrer Udaeta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Mario Salero, 14 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Cristobal Yturrondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zumar Arreguia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristobal Yturrondo, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Ferrer Udaeta managed to get in a good position for a shot. capuleto fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Ferrer Udaeta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vilson Rejon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. capuleto fc's Wilfredo Romeu suffered a sore thigh after 29 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Frutos Arratia's late challenge caught a capuleto fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Frutos Arratia helped the player get up and apologised. 35 minutes into the game, Cristobal Yturrondo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Zumar Arreguia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zumar Arreguia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristobal Yturrondo, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. 45 minutes into the match, capuleto fc's goal looked a bit too open when Victorino Felipez came free, but Zumar Arreguia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 55th match minute, capuleto fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Ortega to maneuver through the defense. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by capuleto fc's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mario Salero was slow to take the kick. During this time Molinos Champion's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Molinos Champion's corner Mario Salero fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zumar Arreguia quite easily take care of the ball. Victorino Felipez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristobal Yturrondo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zumar Arreguia. That made the score 1-2 in the 64 minute of play. Coyette Toldra charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Coyette Toldra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Victorino Felipez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 75 minutes into the match, Molinos Champion's goal looked a bit too open when Ferrer Udaeta came free, but Vilson Rejon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Francisco Ortega kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. If Victorino Felipez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mario Salero during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Vilson Rejon went to the wrong direction when Fiallos Vinambres was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 92nd minute, Ferrer Udaeta made a precise shot to the right of Vilson Rejon. Molinos Champion's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Victorino Felipez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Zumar Arreguia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
