The Barcelona Gye fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Facundo Paracuellos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frutos Riero's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Denis Sahagun charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Denis Sahagun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of UD Churumanga booed when Barcelona Gye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Sahagun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xulio Goztros made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zenaido Galve in the 32nd minute. Zosimo Leys received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Xulio Goztros came out and tried to block the shot, but Zosimo Leys slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 33rd minute. UD Churumanga's Xulio Goztros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zosimo Leys in the 41st minute of play. Ximen Echarriza took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Facundo Paracuellos. Facundo Paracuellos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 45th minute Zosimo Leys shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xulio Goztros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Barcelona Gye's Xulio Goztros threw himself towards the right post 47 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zosimo Leys, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zosimo Leys to make the kick off. If Zenaido Galve had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 54 minutes into the game, Zosimo Leys cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Xulio Goztros was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zenaido Galve's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Xulio Goztros read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. UD Churumanga's Xulio Goztros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zenaido Galve in the 67th minute of play. Emiliano Coracera lost his temper 71 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 72 played minutes Barcelona Gye got a freekick which was hit by Emiliano Coracera. After having played for 72 minutes, Ximen Echarriza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UD Churumanga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ximen Echarriza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 76 minutes into the match, Barcelona Gye's goal looked a bit too open when Frutos Riero came free, but Facundo Paracuellos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frutos Riero in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Facundo Paracuellos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Barcelona Gye's Zenaido Galve got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to UD Churumanga getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Quintana Fonoll hit a great ball. Xulio Goztros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zenaido Galve, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Zenaido Galve put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Xulio Goztros. The Barcelona Gye support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
