After a defensive mix-up in el porvenir's zone, Paiva Lapenya stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Linus Kruuse came out of the goal and Paiva Lapenya tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Linus Kruuse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramirez Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 9 played minutes el porvenir got a freekick which was hit by Stacio Armida. After 12 minutes of play, FC Blues's Ramirez Torres made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Linus Kruuse was left in no man's land by his defense there! el porvenir's Linus Kruuse proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save el porvenir from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xabier Solana in the 24th minute of play forced FC Blues's goalkeeper Salvador Errasti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. el porvenir's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Ramirez Torres scored to the left of an out of position Linus Kruuse, making the score, 2-0. 31 minutes into the game, Ramirez Torres cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Linus Kruuse was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Ulises Matesanz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 41 played minutes Yiyo Jugo rounded el porvenir's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ramirez Torres to strike the kick off in the second half. Xabier Solana's late challenge caught a FC Blues's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xabier Solana helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, el porvenir's Xabier Solana got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ramirez Torres in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Linus Kruuse prevented the ball from getting in the gole. el porvenir's Linus Kruuse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergio Solana in the 54th minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Ramirez Torres notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of el porvenir's Linus Kruuse. Linus Kruuse was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Paiva Lapenya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Linus Kruuse having to interfere. Linus Kruuse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramirez Torres in the 60th minute of play. FC Blues's Ramirez Torres got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramirez Torres in the 70th minute of play forced el porvenir's goalkeeper Linus Kruuse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the game, one of el porvenir:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave FC Blues a penalty, 78 minutes into the game.
