In the 13th minute, Bagui Toraño got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Valerio Torienzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16thth minute of the game Bagui Toraño who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oz F.C.'s Angelo Arandia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Celso Camp took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Angelo Arandia. Angelo Arandia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 21st minute, Urtats Barbanera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bagui Toraño scored 0-2 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Angelo Arandia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Agustín Vardeci during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Jovita booed when Oz F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustín Vardeci didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bagui Toraño in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angelo Arandia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Bagui Toraño put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Angelo Arandia. Angelo Arandia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bagui Toraño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 47 minutes of play, Oz F.C.'s Valerio Torienzo made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Venceslao Arredondo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell David Hudobro to make the kick off. Roberto Herrara might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Angelo Arandia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jovita's Lara Pozos was substituted for Ramos Irizarry. A collision led to Oz F.C. getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Agustín Vardeci hit a great ball. Oz F.C.'s Angelo Arandia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Oz F.C. from getting a goal against them. In the 74th minute, Jovita's Bagui Toraño ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Angelo Arandia. Angelo Arandia yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. The audience was convinced that Bagui Toraño's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Angelo Arandia was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. After having played for 83 minutes, Lara Pozos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jovita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lara Pozos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Angelo Arandia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bagui Toraño's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. With a little luck, Oz F.C.'s Angelo Arandia got control of the ball when Bagui Toraño tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match was over Jovita could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Oz F.C. throughout the match.
