After a rather tough play, Mastrantal SC's Anangonó Ayuso got a free kick in the 13th minute. Humberto Berlanga struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Mateus Alonso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mastrantal SC. Mastrantal SC's Cántaro Archuleta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kalle Forsberg in the 45th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Humberto Berlanga to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Mastrantal SC's zone, Kalle Forsberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cántaro Archuleta came out of the goal and Kalle Forsberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Humberto Berlanga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 61 played minutes Socotroco FC got a freekick which was hit by Kalle Forsberg. After 63 minutes, Emiliano Brochero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Socotroco FC and the Mastrantal SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Socotroco FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Emiliano Brochero hit a great ball. Félix Campoo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateus Alonso having to interfere. After 73 minutes of play, Mastrantal SC's Vistruario Herenchun made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mateus Alonso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jerson Agudiez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jerson Agudiez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Cántaro Archuleta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the game, Kalle Forsberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Cántaro Archuleta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jerson Agudiez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerson Agudiez in the 97th minute of play forced Mastrantal SC's goalkeeper Cántaro Archuleta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match was over Socotroco FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Mastrantal SC throughout the match.
