With a little luck, CD Masaconsa's Paiva Gomara got control of the ball when José Maria Neto tried to sneak it across the goal line. José Maria Neto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Paiva Gomara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ximen Palencia struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Paiva Gomara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CD Banipe. In the 42nd minute Jonatan Ispuzua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Rotaetamorga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Simon Rotaetamorga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bustos Freiria, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Bustos Freiria could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Simon Rotaetamorga made a huge save. 78 minutes into the game, Bustos Freiria cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Simon Rotaetamorga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 82nd minute, Simon Gostioz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CD Masaconsa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. After some careless play in the CD Masaconsa defense, José Maria Neto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paiva Gomara. The CD Masaconsa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paiva Gomara should have stopped the shot. CD Masaconsa's Paiva Gomara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Maria Neto in the 92nd minute of play. After 94 played minutes, CD Banipe's Wilfredo Forcat shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Paiva Gomara came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CD Banipe reached it. For all the effort they put into the match, the CD Masaconsa players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for CD Banipe.
