Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rolando Resco got the match started through his kick off. Sergio Carranceja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Arias Lizundia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 6th minute, Xavon Astulez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Rolando Resco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arias Lizundia was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. If Luciano Massana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rolando Resco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Arias Lizundia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arias Lizundia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Carranceja in the 18th minute of play. Rolando Resco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arias Lizundia having to interfere. A collision led to Poguios SC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Raul Sufiria hit a great ball. Vistruario Arceo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Luciano Massana came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the UD Sirimbe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luciano Massana couldn't finish the play. In the 37th minute Luciano Massana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Termiñon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Poguios SC's Sergio Carranceja got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rolando Resco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Arias Lizundia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th match minute, UD Sirimbe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustin Cadelo to maneuver through the defense. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luciano Massana was the one to do the kick off. Vistruario Arceo struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Marcelo Termiñon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UD Sirimbe. After a defensive mix-up in UD Sirimbe's zone, Macías Uralde stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arias Lizundia came out of the goal and Macías Uralde tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to UD Sirimbe getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Xavon Astulez hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Rolando Resco kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arias Lizundia. That made the score 0-1 in the 67 minute of play. Luciano Massana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Marcelo Termiñon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vistruario Arceo in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcelo Termiñon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luciano Massana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luciano Massana in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcelo Termiñon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A hard shot 78 in the game by Sergio Carranceja from a close distance when the talented Arias Lizundia managed to make a qualified save. UD Sirimbe's players were relieved. 83 minutes into the match, UD Sirimbe's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Resco came free, but Arias Lizundia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute, Sergio Carranceja left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Poguios SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Sergio Carranceja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Agustin Cadelo kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Raul Sufiria kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arias Lizundia. That made the score 0-3 in the 93 minute of play. The Poguios SC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Poguios SC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
