The tension between the CD Iluman and the Hamber Club de Futbol players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Hamber Club de Futbol booed when CD Iluman was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Malo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute Manolo Margarita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Villarreal Collante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manolo Margarita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Villarreal Collante having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Santiago Fuica managed to get in a good position for a shot. CD Iluman's supporters rose to their feet, but Santiago Fuica was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urbasa Tumiraos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zuhaitz Ramila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Villarreal Collante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manolo Margarita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Manolo Margarita came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Hamber Club de Futbol fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manolo Margarita couldn't finish the play. Ledesma Foubelo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Villarreal Collante. CD Iluman's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Villarreal Collante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manolo Margarita in the 26th minute of play. Clemente Vasquez hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Danny Ocouto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Hamber Club de Futbol's Fabio Obina got a free kick in the 38th minute. Santiago Fuica sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. CD Iluman's Danny Ocouto got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Villarreal Collante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manolo Margarita in the 45th minute of play. Zuhaitz Ramila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Villarreal Collante having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Manolo Margarita was the one to do the kick off. Manolo Margarita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Hamber Club de Futbol's Urbasa Tumiraos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danny Ocouto in the 64th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Manolo Margarita in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Villarreal Collante prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manolo Margarita in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Villarreal Collante saved CD Iluman from getting behind. Manolo Margarita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Urbasa Tumiraos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santiago Fuica in the 81st minute. If Santiago Fuica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Hamber Club de Futbol's Fabio Obina got a free kick in the 90th minute. Santiago Fuica struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Urbasa Tumiraos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CD Iluman. After a rather tough play, Hamber Club de Futbol's Xaver Fontiveros got a free kick in the 94th minute. CD Iluman's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vera Mieses in the 97th minute. After taking down the ball on CD Iluman's corner Vera Mieses fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Urbasa Tumiraos quite easily take care of the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched CD Iluman eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
