Martinez Grijan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leo Cardenas went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Silvio Masseda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carnot's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvio Masseda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Damian Dubilas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Martinez Grijan made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Leo Cardenas sent off a good shot on target. Leo Cardenas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Martinez Grijan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Leo Cardenas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leo Cardenas let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 32nd minute shot 3-0 at rihgt post. In the 35th minute, Cesar Ocampo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leo Cardenas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Martinez Grijan firmly grabbed it by the left post. The supporters of USFQ FC booed when Carnot was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Titos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Martinez Grijan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Cardenas in the 74th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Carnot's goal looked a bit too open when Vellito Manzano came free, but Martinez Grijan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leo Cardenas in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Martinez Grijan saved Carnot from getting behind. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Vellito Manzano sped through Carnot's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Martinez Grijan. Martinez Grijan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Cardenas in the 90th minute of the match. Martinez Grijan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vellito Manzano, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Sandro Montez's late challenge caught a USFQ FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sandro Montez helped the player get up and apologised. 96 minutes into the match, Leo Cardenas notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Carnot's Martinez Grijan. Martinez Grijan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. USFQ FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
