Martinez Grijan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xacobo Melcon in the 40th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Carnot's goalkeeper Martinez Grijan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xacobo Melcon. Sandro Montez's late challenge caught a IRIS FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sandro Montez helped the player get up and apologised. In the 46th minute, Xacobo Melcon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The IRIS FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 55 minutes, Gomez Ugartondo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carnot and the IRIS FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gomez Ugartondo kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, Xacobo Melcon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Martinez Grijan was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Sandro Montez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Henry Cospedal made a huge save. When Rolando Cantoral fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carnot's protests and gave Rolando Cantoral a yellow card for diving instead. Rolando Cantoral hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. The supporters of IRIS FC booed when Carnot was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gomez Ugartondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 78 minutes, Xulian Adan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. IRIS FC fully deserved thier win.
