In the 10th minute, Jacinto Ezcurra sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Patojos Futbol Club's Valentim Arriano didn't even have to move. Patojos Futbol Club's Maximiliano Somarribas got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 21st minute Patojos Futbol Club were awarded a corner. Urritz Lombraña went to the cornerflag to take it. Urritz Lombraña made a great header on Patojos Futbol Club's corner, it was just that OBANDO S.C.'s Ismael Hontoria managed to reach the ball for a save. After 25 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Patojos Futbol Club! Jacinto Ezcurra placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Patojos Futbol Club's Valentim Arriano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Patojos Futbol Club from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Patojos Futbol Club getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Xurdin Llamazares hit a great ball. Victoro Pedriza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Martin Paio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Valentim Arriano made a huge save. 42 minutes into the match, Martin Paio notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Patojos Futbol Club's Valentim Arriano. Valentim Arriano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. OBANDO S.C.'s Leon Remolino got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tales Nunes in the 47th minute of play forced Patojos Futbol Club's goalkeeper Valentim Arriano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Urbez Valbuena was the one to do the kick off. Christobal Ayala scored 1-1 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ismael Hontoria, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Maximiliano Somarribas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ismael Hontoria dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 63 minutes into the game, Christobal Ayala recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ismael Hontoria. Christobal Ayala showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Victoro Pedriza managed to get in a good position for a shot. OBANDO S.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Victoro Pedriza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valentim Arriano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Victoro Pedriza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ismael Hontoria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christobal Ayala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th match minute, OBANDO S.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Remolino to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute of the match Urritz Lombraña sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ismael Hontoria skillfully saved the ball. In the 78th match minute, OBANDO S.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Remolino to maneuver through the defense. Valentim Arriano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victoro Pedriza went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. In the 83rd minute, Christobal Ayala left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Patojos Futbol Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. Although OBANDO S.C. had been in control for most of the match, Patojos Futbol Club still came away with the win.
