In the 66th minute Xavier Olarria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michael Carbasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ventanas's Jonatan Paratorrecilla got a free kick in the 68th minute. 72 minutes into the match, West Town SC's goal looked a bit too open when Xavier Olarria came free, but Michael Carbasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ventanas's Cotera Garate was substituted for De-Jesús Buruaga. West Town SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Xavier Olarria was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Many of West Town SC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. West Town SC may have spent more time on the ball, but Ventanas were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
