Calderón Barriga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marques Grandas in the 4th minute of the match. Calderón Barriga came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by INTI-ÑAN's Marques Grandas. But to his dismay, Marques Grandas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. A collision led to ChOLaSsO getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Reyes Marin hit a great ball. In the 16th minute Angel Echarri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calderón Barriga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ChOLaSsO's Calderón Barriga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Villegas Lombana in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Villegas Lombana in the 19th minute of play forced ChOLaSsO's goalkeeper Calderón Barriga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Calderón Barriga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Villegas Lombana in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Marques Grandas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Calderón Barriga was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Calderón Barriga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Villegas Lombana, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 37th minute Marco-Aurelio Sota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calderón Barriga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Villegas Lombana in the 45th minute of play forced ChOLaSsO's goalkeeper Calderón Barriga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Angel Echarri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Calderón Barriga. ChOLaSsO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Angel Echarri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. The ChOLaSsO players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. INTI-ÑAN were winning 0-6.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Felipe Barricat to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Henry Soto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 57 minutes into the game, Marques Grandas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Calderón Barriga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. ChOLaSsO's Calderón Barriga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save ChOLaSsO from getting a goal against them. 63 minutes into the game, Marques Grandas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Calderón Barriga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Josue Sota during the 66th minute. The audience was convinced that Arlín Escalzo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Orlando Parayos was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. 87 minutes into the match, ChOLaSsO's goalkeeper Calderón Barriga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marco-Aurelio Sota. Calderón Barriga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marques Grandas in the 90th minute of play.
