Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hector Pangusion made the kick off which started today's match. After 10 played minutes Changaimina got a freekick which was hit by Alex Urdapileta. Mendez FC's Weather Estivariz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Pangusion in the 14th minute of play. Weather Estivariz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hector Pangusion's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Hector Pangusion scored 0-2 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Weather Estivariz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 22 minutes, Xove Muñana mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Changaimina and the Mendez FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Xove Muñana hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Weather Estivariz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blanco Vada in the 28th minute of play. Blanco Vada took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Weather Estivariz. Weather Estivariz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Changaimina's Alex Urdapileta got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xavian Villaboa in the 43rd minute of play forced Mendez FC's goalkeeper Weather Estivariz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Mendez FC's zone, Hector Pangusion stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Weather Estivariz came out of the goal and Hector Pangusion tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Mendez FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Salomon Flayre hit a great ball. After having played for 47 minutes, Hector Pangusion managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Changaimina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hector Pangusion was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oswaldo Graña to make the kick off. Weather Estivariz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Pangusion in the 56th minute of the match. Weather Estivariz was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Hector Pangusion capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hector Pangusion really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. 62 minutes into the match, Mendez FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Pangusion came free, but Weather Estivariz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Salomon Flayre's late challenge caught a Changaimina's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Salomon Flayre helped the player get up and apologised. In the 63rd minute, Salomon Flayre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ur Asuaga hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Oswaldo Graña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute, Changaimina's Hector Pangusion ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Weather Estivariz. Weather Estivariz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. 79 minutes into the game, Changaimina's Alex Urdapileta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Weather Estivariz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Blanco Vada during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Changaimina's Blanco Vada got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After 85 played minutes Mendez FC got a freekick which was hit by Salomon Flayre. Mendez FC's Weather Estivariz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Urdapileta in the 93rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Pangusion in the 96th minute of play forced Mendez FC's goalkeeper Weather Estivariz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
