Roman Baiges was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Pinto Sella. 7 minutes into the match, Inter de Sonic Power's Vicente Agusto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roman Baiges narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 9th minute, Cotera Moste hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hidalgo Abrea didn't quite understand what happened when in the 11 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vicente Agusto in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roman Baiges saved Cañita Sporting Club from getting behind. Guagua Serbia charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guagua Serbia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 18th minute, Guagua Serbia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 21 minutes, Vicente Agusto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Inter de Sonic Power's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vicente Agusto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an all-out effort, Inter de Sonic Power's Roman Baiges threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vicente Agusto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Genaro Reyo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Baiges having to interfere. With a little luck, Cañita Sporting Club's Roman Baiges got control of the ball when Genaro Reyo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xicu Leizaur during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 36 played minutes Cañita Sporting Club got a freekick which was hit by Xicu Leizaur. 37 minutes into the match, Cañita Sporting Club's goalkeeper Roman Baiges had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Genaro Reyo. Vicente Agusto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Baiges having to interfere. 43 minutes into the game, one of Cañita Sporting Club:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Americo Villalon placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Genaro Reyo might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roman Baiges. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Genaro Reyo ran back to his position shaking his head. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vilson Chavarria to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Genaro Reyo notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Cañita Sporting Club's Roman Baiges. Roman Baiges was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Genaro Reyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Vicente Agusto put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Roman Baiges. Roman Baiges made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 80th minute, Genaro Reyo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Inter de Sonic Power fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Roman Baiges showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicente Agusto in the 91st minute of the match. Genaro Reyo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roman Baiges having to make a save. Vicente Agusto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Baiges having to interfere.
