When Roque Antuñano came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Xeneize BJ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roque Antuñano couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Gonzalo Guridi sped through Guayacanes Fútbol Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Juan-Alfredo Villabel. Juan-Alfredo Villabel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roque Antuñano in the 70th minute of play. In the 72nd minute Roque Antuñano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan-Alfredo Villabel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Guayacanes Fútbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Guridi came free, but Juan-Alfredo Villabel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gonzalo Guridi succeeded in the game's 91st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 7-0. Xeneize BJ's Roque Antuñano got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There was no doubt that Xeneize BJ were the better team. Xeneize BJ's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
