In the 3rd match minute, Damian’s Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santo Traslago to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Cunquer FC booed when Damian’s Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cordero Batalle didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leonardo Arbe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santo Traslago in the 5th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Damian’s Team's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Puga came free, but Robustiano Sesuldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Santo Traslago notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Cunquer FC's Leonardo Arbe. Leonardo Arbe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The throw-in from Asencio Ochotorena in the 15th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Damian’s Team's Teo Juez. After a defensive mix-up in Cunquer FC's zone, Martin Boix stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonardo Arbe came out of the goal and Martin Boix tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leoverliz Amocia in the 25th minute of play forced Damian’s Team's goalkeeper Robustiano Sesuldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonardo Arbe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santo Traslago, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 27th match minute, Damian’s Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cordero Batalle to maneuver through the defense. Leonardo Arbe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Traslago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, Damian’s Team's goal looked a bit too open when Ubendu Bertiz came free, but Robustiano Sesuldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robustiano Sesuldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Loza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robustiano Sesuldo made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Bernardo Loza sent off a good shot on target. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 54th minute, Ayoví Angeles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the game, Cunquer FC's Edmundo Puga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Robustiano Sesuldo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Damian’s Team's Robustiano Sesuldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubendu Bertiz in the 64th minute of play. After 66 played minutes Damian’s Team got a freekick which was hit by Veronica Hera. Robustiano Sesuldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Loza in the 68th minute of the match. In the 76th minute Ubendu Bertiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robustiano Sesuldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonardo Arbe made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Martin Boix sent off a good shot on target. Leonardo Arbe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Traslago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Damian’s Team's Isaias Montejo got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 89th minute of the match Bernardo Loza shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Robustiano Sesuldo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Robustiano Sesuldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Amoros in the 93rd minute of play. Ubendu Bertiz hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Cunquer FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
