After a rather tough play, Voltaje FC's Klimovich Olivera got a free kick in the 55th minute. Voltaje FC's Oso Figueruela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esterilla Nurueña in the 57th minute of play. Uxio Mescua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan-Alfredo Villabel having to interfere. If Pedro Quiñones had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Guayacanes Fútbol Club getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Esterilla Nurueña hit a great ball. Uxio Mescua kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Esterilla Nurueña received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Oso Figueruela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yoelvis Bierna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juan-Alfredo Villabel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Voltaje FC's Yoelvis Bierna got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rodolfo Camargo hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Lorenzo Balanza took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Juan-Alfredo Villabel. Guayacanes Fútbol Club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Esterilla Nurueña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
