The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

Dannes Lerma stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gonzalo Guridi's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 72 minutes into the match, Roque Antuñano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dannes Lerma. Verdansk Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roque Antuñano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Dannes Lerma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzalo Guridi in the 96th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Xeneize BJ had won after a very even match.
