Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yoelvis Bierna to make the kick off. Marcel Bury recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpected shot in the 57th minute by Bagui Soldevilla got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcel Bury in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oso Figueruela prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 63rd minute, Francisco Castrillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Pedro Quiñones had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 73 minutes into the game, Zxavian Donis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Voltaje FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Verdansk Football Club the free kick. When the match had been going on for 75 minutes, Verdansk Football Club's Joaquin Estany got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Oso Figueruela. Oso Figueruela was out of position in the 79 minute of play, and Marcel Bury capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marcel Bury really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcel Bury in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oso Figueruela saved Voltaje FC from getting behind. In the 91st match minute, Voltaje FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Quiñones to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Voltaje FC's goalkeeper Oso Figueruela, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Verdansk Football Club eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
