The Crucitas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Blanco Orejas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Blanco Orejas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sixto Leiro went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Dundee UTD's Paulo Tineo got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 45th minute, Zambrano Juanes made a precise shot to the right of Marco Deza. Crucitas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 3-3 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Torres Socobio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If León Zumiza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
